The SAE100R4 oil suction hose has dual peformance that is able to bear positive&negative pressure,Fuel Oil Suction Hose is able to work freely under the vacuum-80kpa(600mm mercury column), without flat&delamination; has good flexural property; the rubber doby is firmness and the adjustability of working condition is very well. Oil Suction and Discharge Hose I.D,O.D,W.P and B.P is able to produce as per the customers'requirements.Industrial Hose,Air Hose,Water Hoses,Sandblast Hose,Oil Hose,Food Grade Hose supplier.

Application: ideally suited for medium pressure hydraulic oil lines, return lines, grease lines, water lines and power steering hoses
Rubber hose tube: oil resistant synthetic rubber
Rubber hose reinforcement: a ply or plies of woven or braided textile fibers with a suitable spiral of body steel wire.
Rubber hose cover: oil,abrasion,ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Working temperature range: -40° to 100°C (-40° to 212°F)
Suction hose crimping connectors without stripping the outer rubber

After finished the Oil Suction and Discharge Hose production and testing ,we will cut the hoses into the lengths which are same as to the customer requests,then crimping the flange fittings with both ends of the hose if the customer need, packing the lengths into rolls and wrapped by plastic woven bags,putting on the shipping mark,taking them to the pallets or wooden box ,loading into container.For the big sizes suction hoses ,we usually packing them by plastic film and plastic woven bags then put into the container directly.
Our plastic bags color have many kinds for you :blue,red,yellow,white or by your design. Our standard exporting packing for the Oil Suction and Discharge Hose are as below:
1.Packing A: Plastic film+ plastic bags;
2.Packing B: Plastic film+Plastic Bag+ wooden pallet ;
3.Packing C: Plastic film+Plastic bag+ steel shelf;
